    Cirrus Parka

    I ordered this parka for a trip to the UK in a week. It arrived very quickly and I love it. Well made and nice and warm. It was a little tight across the shoulders and I returned it for the next size up. Bev took care of everything for me and expedited the whole exchange in a very short time as she knew I needed it quickly. She was incredibly helpful and I will now be heading off on my trip with my new jacket. The jacket is exactly what I wanted and the whole experience could not have been better. Thank you Bev!!
