They pull on over whatever you're already wearing - jeans, work pants, a jumper tucked into leggings - and come off just as easily when the rain stops. Zippered leg gussets mean you don't have to take your shoes off first, which matters when you're trying to get out of the car and into somewhere dry.

Same 7,000mm waterproof, fully seam-sealed construction as the jacket. Stretch waistband with drawcord. Packs into its own back pocket with a carry bag.

    A generous fit that is ideal to slip on quickly if it rains. There are zips on the legs to help the pants slide on quickly over hiking boots. It also folds into its own storage pocket. I like it ;-D

    This is my second pair of Rainbird Stowaway pants. The first pair lasted for years and I didn't want to replace them with anything else. I work on a school crossing on the south coast of Victoria so staying dry is paramount and the zips at the bottom of the legs make staying dry easy when removing them.
